Hey again! I decided I should finally tell you all a little more about me so here it is. A blog about me 🙂
- Favorite interior designer?
Candice Olson. I first came to become familiar with her on HGTV and I really need them to bring her show back to the US, but anyways she is beyond talented and I love seeing her transform a home. She also has her own collection and home decor line, which is very inspiring!
2. Do you have any pets?
Yes 2 a dog Yoshi and a cat Tiger.
3. Favorite color:
Blue…any kind of blue just such a peaceful color. Reminds me of bodies of water and the sky.
4. What are your hobbies?
Besides interior decorating and styling I Love being outside! When I get time you will find me outdoors, hiking, visiting gardens or anything in nature. I enjoy traveling and seeing new places with my partner.
5. What do you do for a living?
Currently work at a California state university doing student conduct work. Prior to working at a university I’ve spent many years working with teens and preparing them for the future. Youth work is a huge passion of mine!
6. How did you get into interior styling?
I’ve always loved decorating and enhancing things. I’ve been doing it since I used to work retail and would merchandise displays. Then it grew in to other jobs and doing event design, office spaces, and weddings. After enough encouragement from others I decided to finally give it some dedicated time and really enjoying it. I also enjoy learning the entire field of interior design and its many aspects.
7. What is your design style?
I’m more of a transitional person. So a combination of traditional and contemporary.
However, I love to play with all styles, which is the best part about styling/designing for others!
6. Favorite food?
Do I have to pick one? Its a tie…all Mexican and Italian food.
7. Are you in a relationship?
Yes
8. Did you go to college?
Yes…University of La Verne. Go Leos! Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
9. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Vegas and returned back to California after graduating high school.
10.What’s your zodiac sign? Do you believe in it?
I’m a Capricorn and that’s about all I can say about zodiac signs lol
11. Favorite season?
Summer! I love the long warm nights where the sun doesn’t go down until late. More outdoor time is just good for the soul. (Am I allowed to add 2 cause spring means flowers…and I love flowers!)
12. Favorite music artists?
That’s so hard because I love all R&B and old school jams anywhere from Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Yuna, Drake, Solange, Alicia Keys, The Gap Band, Frankie Beverly & Maze Tina Marie and so many more.

15. If I could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
I used to say in an instant Italy because I’ve dreamed of going my whole life, but now I don’t know. There’s so much beauty in this world I think I need to see more for deciding.
16. Do you have kids?
No but I’m an aunty to many nieces! Where’s the boys at? lol

Afraid of heights and bugs

19. Beach or Mountains?
Ummm both…I live in California and can have best of both worlds.
20. Favorite advice to others?
Be yourself, because you can’t be anyone else. Love who you are so confidently that others have no choice. And if they don’t like you, know its okay because it has nothing to do with you. Know you have the whole world to your disposal so do good in it. Do good and good will come to you because believe it or not karma is real. Do good and your happiness will come slowly but surely. That happiness will fill you and after that…well it will all come together. Feed your soul cause nobody else can feed it like you can.
